Business Continuity and Resilience

Speaker: Tom Harris – Better Bankside
Following the 2017 London Bridge attack it became clear that key lessons could be learnt about how businesses prepare for, react during and then respond to a major incident. Having been responsible for supporting the business community in the aftermath of the 2017 and 2019 attacks, Tom will take us through some of the learnings that have been identified to help businesses be more resilient and mitigate the impact of an attack. As well as the role businesses can play in supporting the emergency services and the wider community.
