Keith Low QPM. Served with the Metropolitan Police for 3 decades with 23 of those years being within the Metropolitan Police Special Branch. Upon retirement from the Met, he was recruited to work in the City of London with a corporate bank as the Regional Head of Security for the UK, Europe and the Falkland Islands. After some eight years, he accepted a position as a Senior Manager with the Bank of England.
