A fragmented approach to managing people risk can often lead to missed opportunities, duplication of effort or in the worst-case scenario, heads buried in sand. This presentation will look at insider risk and the challenges that exist within the myriad of labels (fraud, misconduct, professional standards) given to managing people risk, and offer some practical suggestions and approaches to consolidating people risk.
