How is your threat intelligence service assisting in the health of your business enterprise? Do you use assessed threat intelligence to manage your risks, ensuring they are understood and assisting in their mitigation? Since the COVID pandemic security is becoming less ‘security centric’, Directors/Heads of Security are frequently finding themselves responsible for resilience and business continuity. They are being relied on by executive boards to inform them of threats and risk across the business, many not directly relating to traditional security issues. Executive boards we work with are now frequently using the national decision-making model, or their modified form of it, to assist in their planning and strategy – at the top of all these models is gather intelligence/information.
